Due to the freezing rain, all Trent Lakes transfer station sites will be closed on Saturday, March 29.

The closure may extend into Sunday depending on the weather. A further update will be provided. Thank you.

How to report an issue

Residents can report issues in the following ways:

  • In person at the Municipal Office
  • Over the phone during our regular business hours (Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) or by email.
  • Online using this form.

To report after hours By-Law issues, please call 1-800-374-4009 ext. 311.

All formal By-Law complaints must be submitted from our By-laws & Enforcement page.

If the issue is an emergency, please call 9-1-1.
