Over the phone during our regular business hours (Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) or by email.

Is your complaint regarding a By-law issue?

By-law complaints (such as noise, animal control, etc.) must be filled out using our online portal.
Please do not submit your by-law complaints using this form.
